The BUSD Cooking Club for Kids Program (K through 5th grade) is provided as an after school program at Mary Farmar, Robert Semple, Matthew Turner and Joe Henderson elementary schools. The program prepares healthy, delicious dishes using fresh produce that is in season (www.harvestofthemonth.com). Not only do kids get to learn to prepare healthy recipes using fresh fruits and vegetables, they get to take it home to share with their families! Each cooking class is taught by a food educator.
